State Route 54 is a state highway that runs from Interstate 86 in Bath to Route 14 in Dresden. From Southwest to Northeast it goes through Bath, Cold Springs, Pleasant Valley, Hammondsport, Penn Yan, and Dresden.
Route 54 runs along the entire East side of Keuka Lake from Penn Yan to Hammondsport, where it is known as East Lake Road. In Hammondsport, Route 54A branches off of Route 54 and runs along the West side of Keuka Lake from Hammondsport to Penn Yan; known as West Lake Road.
